A large original father son and dog beach themed coastal painting of the three walking by the waters edge.  Seagulls fly overhead against the distant hill tops whilst in the foreground the gentle evening tide laps onto the beach. The wet sand creates reflection highlighting light and dark shadow presenting an idyllic fine art seascape. Painted in acrylic medium onto primed cotton canvas.
 
Painted in an impressionist style, I used delicate colour tones of blue, green, burnt umber and yellow ochre. A concept of the perfect end of day spent by the sea with those you love. A beautiful and atmospheric interpretation of open spaces from the British coastline, full of movement, harmony and great perspective.
 
This fine art piece has been painted onto primed, archival professional stretched cotton canvas. It has been framed in a contemporary, modern style wide front, solid wood frame which has a warm white, slightly textured, matt finish complementing the artwork beautifully.
