This is a small painting but nonetheless, intricate in its application using subtle colour tones to interpret the character of this sea bird and its surroundings. The light reflection from the coast is magnificent creating harmony throughout.
The image has been painted onto primed, archival canvas board and finished with satin varnish to protect the acrylic paintwork and for aethestic value. It has been framed with a contemporary, modern style solid wood frame with whitewash, matt finish.The artwork has been mounted onto 6mm MDF which is also painted with warm white to complement the artwork.
