A framed, original watercolour, coastal painting of a seagull. Painted in a beautiful light setting using delicate shades of light blue, grey with subtle pink, from the coastal collection of art by Janet Gammans.
This is a small painting but nonetheless, intricate in its application using subtle colour tones to interpret the character of this sea bird and its surroundings. The light reflection from the coast is magnificent creating harmony throughout.
The image has been painted onto primed, archival canvas board and finished with satin varnish to protect the acrylic paintwork and for aethestic value. The solid wood frame is painted in 'warm' white satin finish. The artwork has been mounted onto 6mm MDF which is also painted with warm white to complement the artwork.
All fixtures and fittings are in place and therefore ready to hang in your home or work place. It will suit many interior settings due to the subject matter and contemporary framework. A timeless piece of fine art.
