An original semi abstract ocean wave, marine painting is the subject for this dramatic coastal seascape. Painted with acrylic medium and finished with satin varnish for it's protection.
A piece of fine art with a powerful image using deep colours and tones of turquoise, blue and green in layered form creating drama, depth and impact throughout.
This piece of work was inspired by my time spent at the coast, in all weather, studying and capturing on paper or board, aspects of the ocean with all it's subtle changes and nuances.
The artwork has been painted on cotton canvas and will suit many interiors whether contemporary or the more traditional, creating and adding interest to areas that need a focal point with a pop of colour.
