A stunning wildlife animal to observe and paint. I've kept things simple, colour wise and used shades of burnt umber and yellow ochre to bring out the glow and texture of the fur. There is great tonal contrast creating light and dark throughout emphasising the features of this enigmatic creature. Painted with great character, he is sure to light up the room. 
 
The paint is applied onto archival quality Bockingford 320 gsm thick watercolour paper and mounted onto textured, archival white mount card with black core, giving a sharp, modern edge to the aesthetic. The frame is white, solid wood with a very slight textured finish giving a rustic appearance. the front panel is glass and has been backed with MDF. All fixtures are in place and therefore ready to hang in your home or work space for either a country, traditional or the more modern interior.
