An original, abstract, geometric, contemporary painting on cotton canvas board. This graphic design is full of texture using light and dark colour tones giving strong contrast, unity, harmony and form. Painted in acrylic medium from the Abstract Collection by Janet.
 
Using a combination of colour from a palette of blue, green, yellow ochre, black, white, red and gold on a neutral background, I was able to achieve balance, contrast and definition throughout. It has been painted in an expressive and creative style with a 'chalky' matt finish to the surface. Plenty of painterly qualities using many techniques are evident in the finished artwork using similar tonal mixes of colour giving continuity throughout.
 
The painting would be suitable for many interior styles whether that is home or your work space, adding focus, interest and attention to your wall area bringing a modern style design to your interior.
 
The artwork has been painted onto 20cm square professional cotton canvas art board and mounted with slightly textured, archival white mount card with a black core giving a modern, clean edge to the finished piece. It has been framed with solid wood, gloss finish frame and glass front panel backed with MDF and therefore ready to hang.
