Bright colours of orange, red and yellow were predominantly used in a painterly style to depict Italy and one of it's many beautiful lakes. It has been painted in a semi abstract style using perspective, subtle hues for the foreground, against a strong vivid backdrop giving the painting impact and intrique to the viewer.
