'Kingfisher and Dragonfly' is a beautiful and intricate watercolour painting of the stunning kingfisher bird in all its colour splendor amounst it's natural habitat.

I have used a strong colour palette for the bird itself, blue, green and orange tones with a muted background of complementary colour. The dragonfly has pink tinged irridescent wings giving a little sparkle to the artwork. The combination of all elements make this a beautiful stand out piece of fine art to any viewer.

The artwork has been framed in solid wood with a white mat finish with glass front panel. It has been mounted with a slightly textured 'warm' white archival mount card which has a black core, giving the artwork a fresh crisp finish and contemporary feel. The backing is made from MDF and all fixtures are in place and therefore ready to hang.
