'Hare Washing' is a beautiful original watercolour painting of the wildlife hare. I have created attention to detail by using dark and light colour tones giving the image great presence and impact. It has been painted on 350gsm archival Bockingford watercolour paper with warm white undertones. From the natural palette, I have used burnt umber and yellow ochre to achieve the subtle differences in texture.
The painting is framed with a textured warm white archival mount card which has a black core to give the image a modern crisp edge finish. The frame used is of outstanding quality which is solid light oak. All fixtures are in place and therefore is ready to hang in your home. Because of the natural colour tone it will be suitable for many interiors including contempory and the more tradional country home.
