'Hare in Moonlight' is an original watercolour painting full of detail and textural reference. A beautiful example of the wild hare backlit with the night light.
I have used tones of burnt umber and ultramarie blue to create depth and form. The speckled background is achieved by spatters of complementary colour tones giving the image a golden effect.
It has been mounted onto warm white, slightly textured, black core archival mount card. Framed in solid wood with also, a slightly textured style, in white and has a glass front panel. It has been backed with MDF and sealed with professional artist tape. All fixtures are in place and therefore ready to hang in your home or place of work. An inspired work of art to add interest and focus to your interior setting.
