Framed original landscape of the beautiful British countryside, entitled 'Enriched' by the Award Winning Artist, Janet Gammans
Natural, earthy warm tones of brown and green with muted shades of blue, gold and orange were used to create this vibrant piece of artwork, which for me, represents the rustic and rural qualities of Britain. It has been painted in a slightly, impressionistic, but modern, contemporary style. These typical views are very familiar to me where I live in Cambridgeshire, and it is here I am inspired. I hope the viewer will be able to relate, as I do, to the natural colours and beauty of the untouched land which surround us.
This piece of art has been painted in acrylic medium on stretched, primed cotton canvas and finished with satin varnish for it's protection. The solid wood chunky frame (which is known as 'floating' or 'tray' frame) has been painted in warm white also with satin finish. All fittings are in place and therefore ready to hang in your home or office space.
