'Depths' is a tall, framed, contemporary abstract painting on primed stretched cotton canvas. Sea shells, fish, sea water, seaweed, rock and stone breath life into the ocean bed.
This coastal themed artwork has been painted in an impressionistic style, slightly abstract, with acrylic medium on a textured triple primed cotton canvas with solid wood stretcher frame. I have used a colour palette of green, slate, gold, yellow, umber with subtle blue tones creating a contrast of hues and overlays of washes for tonal effect creating harmony throughout.
The floating style (inlay) frame is made from 'chunky' solid wood painted with a warm white with satin finish complementing the artwork beautifully. All fixtures are in place and therefore ready to hang in your home or workspace creating a strong image and focal point for your interior.
