'Angel' is a contemporary, small, framed semi abstract painting on archival primed professional art board. Delicate in it's colour tones of warm blue and grey with a hint of pink.
It is a timeless, contemporary piece of fine artwork which is both harmonious and atmospheric. A natural and neutral colour palette was used to create the 3D effect of the translucent sea in the foreground covering rock and stone beneath. The middle ground is rich in interpretation of the ocean and waves against the ethereal beauty of the light and sky beyond. The artwork has been painted in a slightly impressionistic style creating a sense of calm and tranquilty throughout. I hope that I have conveyed to the viewer a sense of mood, which was present at the time of painting it.
